Module 3 – Lesson 4 Endocrine Disruptors
Xeno oestrogens in chicken
Triclosan affects thyroid function which is crucial to fertility
I read a study recently which found that 90% of men using the product were infertile. Once they stopped using it they were able to regain sperm health.
This product probably does what it claims to do but it also contains parabens, which when added to all the other parabens can cause infertility.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it…
Today we are looking at sources of toxins which are endocrine disruptors – they specifically cause hormone imbalance. They will show up in some of the previous categories but merit special attention.
Why is this important?
Endocrine disruptors specifically affect your hormones and rather than slow down your ability to conceive can actively prevent you from conceiving so they merit special attention.
What you actually need to do:
- Take a look at the Lesson download
- Identify which endocrine disruptors you currently use.
- List them into 2 categories –
- ‘I can eliminate’ OR
- ‘I can’t eliminate’
this will give you a sense of how much you can improve hormone balance with this step.
