As you can see from the above diagram, when blood sugar is not stable a range of unwanted processes occur. Energy is poor, cravings for carbs, sugar and caffeine increase, fat storage is accelerated, concentration wanes, zinc levels are depleted, weight gain occurs and stress hormones rise. In this first week’s lesson you will learn one of the fundamental steps to managing your metabolism. By learning how to create and maintain blood sugar balance, including good sources of protein and suitable meal intervals you will have taken the first step to succeed to conceive. By the end of this week you will have fully implemented all the necessary steps to improve blood sugar control, to increase energy, reduce cravings, switch off fat storage and get pregnant faster. This will set you up for many of the following week’s lessons as you continue to improve your fertility.

All 4 steps are necessary to achieve the desired results. There are no “cheat days”, every day counts towards making your baby.
