Your mission, should you choose to accept it…
Make some space……
You will be doing all of these steps over 3 months, it will require some space, in your day, in your life, in your head and in your heart.
Why is this important?
Sometimes, when we buy new clothes or furniture we need to move or even get rid of some of our old ‘stuff’. This creates a space for the new thing, it gives it priority. By making that space now you will save yourself a lot of back and forth as we move forward.
Making space has a profound impact on your state of being. Where is the space for your baby?
You wouldn’t believe the amount of times I have heard people say ‘I don’t have time to do all of the programme’. This IS your baby in the making – make space for them.
What you actually need to do:
Chose a way of recording your progress through the course, I don’t mind if it is electronic or manual.
When I have something important to keep track of I usually get a nice hard back notebook and my favourite pen. My Namaste notebook is where I talk to Sean, my late partner, it is a sacred space to me. The meaning of Namaste is ‘my soul acknowledges your soul’.
Make your space special.
