This is one of my client’s who totally got the exercise bug once I introduced her to it. I don’t expect you to take it this far but these are highly achievable results.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it…
Category 1
It is time for exercise action !
Category 2
Try a new type of protein, something you haven’t had since the start of the course.
Why is this important?
Category 1
You have thought about it, made a decision, committed to it, action is now required.
Category 2
Your focus is food, in particular protein and variety is important. Eggs are great but can you shake up the menu a bit now?

Head over to the Facebook group and share any tips or recipes you developed this week…..anyone for kangaroo burgers??
